Complaints Procedure
We strive to offer you the Learner the very best training that we can. We hope that your Learning experience is positive and we would love to hear about it so that we can thank our staff or Tutors. However, we accept that on occasion, there may be times that our training does not meet your expectations or that we make a mistake of some sort and we would like an opportunity to put it right.
You can make a Complaint in the following way:-
In person – Speak to your Tutor directly after class and give them an opportunity to address it appropriately with you
By phone – to the Training Unit on 057-9322920 or to Sharon Deering, Training Unit Manager on 086-8099446
By post – Send us a letter to the Training Unit, The Carers Association, Market Square, Tullamore, Co. Offaly
By email – email us on training@carersireland.com
We will respond to you as a matter of urgency and will keep you informed as to the progress of any investigation. You may prefer to make your comments anonymously but if you want a response from us, we will need your contact details.
